UP Board 10th Social Science Sample Paper 2024: The schedule of UP Board 10th examination has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP). In such a situation, students should start focusing on their preparation. There is not much time left for the exam now. According to the time table released by the UP Board, the Social Science examination of class 10th will be held on March 11, 2025.

UP Board 10th Social Science Paper: On which pattern will the exam be conducted?

• UP Board 10th Social Science written exam will be conducted for a total of 70 marks.
• The Social Science paper will be in two parts. Section 'A' will be completely multiple choice questions. Whereas, Section 'B' will have short answer and long answer questions.
• In the Social Science paper of class 10th, there will be a total of 20 multiple choice questions in section 'A'. One mark is allotted for each question. Thus, the entire section will be of 20 marks.
• In section 'B', there will be 4 descriptive questions first. The answers to these questions have to be written in at least 80 words. In this, each question will carry 4 marks i.e. the short answer section will be of 16 marks.
• Section 'B' will have 4 long answer questions, the answers of which are to be written in 150 words. Each question will carry 6 marks i.e. a total of 24 marks.
• After this, 10 questions will be related to the map. In this, 1 mark is fixed for each question.

UP Board Exam Date Sheet: In which shift will the exam be held?

The UP Board 10th exams will begin on February 24 and end on March 12. The exams will be conducted in two shifts, with the first shift being held from 8:30 am to 11:45 am. While the class 10 exams will begin with Hindi and Healthcare papers, the class 12 exams will begin with Military Science and Hindi papers.
