UP School Closed for Three Days: Students are going to get a lot of relief amidst heavy rains. There is going to be a chance to enjoy three consecutive days of holidays in Uttar Pradesh. Government and private banks, schools, and colleges will remain completely closed on 15, 16, and 17 September. Many districts of UP are witnessing 5 consecutive days of holidays. After September 13, an order has been issued to keep all schools including government and non-government schools from class 1 to 12 closed on September 14. After this, schools will remain closed for three more days.

UP School Holidays: 3 days holidays

15 September: This day will also be a public holiday as it is a weekend. Due to the holiday on Sunday, employees and students will get an opportunity for extra rest.

16 September: On Monday, 16 September, Eid-e-Milad Barawfat will be celebrated, which is an important festival of Islam. All government and private schools, colleges, banks, and offices will remain closed on this occasion.

17 September: Vishwakarma Puja will be celebrated in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, 17 September. Machines, tools, and weapons are worshipped on this day. All factories, institutions, and offices will remain closed on this special day.

Heavy rains continue to wreak havoc in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. After the IMD's heavy rain alert, all government and private schools from class 1 to 12 are closed in Agra, Mainpuri, Firozabad, Etah, Farrukhabad, Hamirpur, Auraiya, Kannauj, Jalaun, Aligarh, Hathras, Bahraich, Etawah and Sitapur. The district administration of Bulandshahr has also issued an order to keep all schools closed, including government and non-government schools from class 1 to 12, today i.e. 14 September.
