Upcoming IPO Next Week: The boom in the primary market in India is not going to stop, as 10 IPOs are going to be launched next week. These include two issues in the mainboard segment and 8 in the SME segment. The mainboard issues include the issues of Manba Finance and KRN Heat Exchanger. These two companies will raise a total of about Rs 482 crore.
14 companies will be listed
Apart from the IPO, 14 companies will be listed in the stock market next week, including Arcade Developers, Northern Arc Capital, and Western Carriers. Their IPOs have received a strong response in the last week.
The outlook for the Indian IPO market remains promising. Pantomath Capital estimates that domestic companies could raise over Rs 1.5 lakh crore through IPOs over the next 12 months, ET reported.
Manba Finance IPO
Mumbai-based NBFC Manba Finance's Rs 151 crore IPO will open on September 23 and close on September 25. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 114-120 per share. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 1,25,70,000 shares.
KRN Heat Exchanger IPO
Its IPO will open on September 25 and will be available for investors till September 27. The price band in this IPO has been fixed at Rs 209-220 per share. 35 percent of the shares will be reserved for retail investors in this IPO.
The company proposes to use the funds raised from the IPO to invest in subsidiary KRN HVAC Products to set up a new manufacturing facility at Neemrana, Alwar, Rajasthan.
IPOs for SME Segment
In the SME segment, IPOs of Rapid Valve, WOL 3D India, Unilex Colors, Techera, Forge Auto, Sahasra Electronics, Divyadhan Recycling and Thinking Hats will open for subscription. Sahasra Electronics' issue will be the largest in the SME segment this year as the company plans to raise around Rs 186 crore.
The IPO will open on September 26 and close on September 30. Two other IPOs of Divyadhan Recycling and Forge Auto International will also open for the public on September 26. IPOs of Techera, Unilex, and Thinking Hats will open on September 25.
