Changes in the Dyad

You should try to eat light, nutritious, and easy-to-digest food. You should avoid eating very heavy and fried food. Try to eat your biggest meal of the day during the day so that it can provide energy to your body.

Good sleep

You should always try to get at least 7-8 hours of good sleep at night. This helps in restoring the energy of the body.

You should try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. But try not to consume cold water, cold drinks, or other carbonated drinks. These affect your digestive fire.

Increase your metabolism
