According to dietician Sonia Narang, to get relief from skin problems, soak 1 to 2 teaspoons of chia seeds in a glass of water overnight.

The next morning, chop 1 big Indian gooseberry and put it in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel to it and mix.

Add 4 to 5 mint leaves and 5 to 6 basil leaves in the same blender and blend.
